Import Offline Maps (extra feature for $1.99)
It's as simple as one-two-three:
1. Download desktop application to your computer.
2. Create the map you want to browse offline.
3. Save it to "Galileo Offline Maps" app and enjoy!
Map Caching
While browsing map online app saves recently viewed tiles in cache.
That means you can browse this map again being offline, even while your iPhone is in the flight mode.
GPS Location
App determines your current GPS location immediately and display it on the map after application startup. A circle that looks like at sight appears on the screen outlining your current location.
Network Preferences
Adjust the preferred network connection in Settings to regulate the data traffic flow.
Available modes:- Online
- Wi-Fi only
- Offline
Predefined Layers
Seven attractive layers are available to choose. You can easily switch between them to customize the look of the map depending on your mood.
